Shipping & Returns

1. Delivery of goods and accepting the package
1.1. Delivery of goods usually takes up 2-4 working days inside Lithuania. Delivery to Latvia and Estonia by Smartpost and Omniva services takes up 7 days, in Europe Union usually takes up 1-2 weeks, outside Europe Union - 3-4 weeks.
1.2. If any problem arises through no action of fault of the Seller, the package may be delivered later; in that case the Seller undertakes to inform the Buyer by e-mail and coordinate the further selling/shipping actions.
1.3. The package is delivered to the postal address specified by the Buyer.
1.4. Shipping prices are based on the weight of the package. Shipping price is calculated automatically.
1.5. You can contact with the Seller in advance by e-mail info@bluefox.lt or info@blockpost.lt if you have any questions about abroad delivery.
At the moment we do not ship orders to Russia, Belarus and Ukraine.

1.6. We're sending orders to other countries by registered mail service and provide the tracking number. If the Courier doesn\'t find the Buyer at his home by the address specified by the Buyer, the Courier leaves the Buyer a message and delivers the package to the nearest post office. Customers from Latvia and Estonia can additionally choose the delivery by Omniva and Smartpost services. Customers from Finland can additionally choose the delivery by Smartpost service.
1.7. When claiming his/her package, the Buyer has to check if packaging was tampered. If the Buyer finds there had been tampering with the packaging, he/she have to check if the goods were damaged in shipping. If the Buyer finds that the goods were damaged, he/she fills in the act form (enclosed every time when shipping).
1.8. If the actions listed in paragraph 1.7 were not completed, the Seller is not responsible for the damages that may have been inflicted to the goods in shipping.
1.9. The Buyer is entirely responsible for the package, which was taken by him/her from the post office.

2. Returning and repairing of goods
2.1. The defects of the sold goods are subject to repair, inferior goods are subject to replace with quality ones, quality goods can be returned in accordance with the Rules of goods returning and replacement, approved by 2001 June 29th Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy.
2.2. If the Buyer wants to return the product (goods) in a way that is specified in paragraph 2.1 of the these Rules, he/she have to fill out the Act of goods returning, attached to the ordered goods, and submit it with the product (goods) that being returned.
2.3. The Buyer can exercise the right expressed in paragraph 2.1 of these Rules in 14 (fourteen) running days from delivery date.
2.4. The quality goods are returned at the Buyer\'s expense. In this case, the customer from Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia can independently register the returned product on the websites:
