In terms of mechanics, the Delta Optical StarLight 15x70 is distinguished by its sealed, waterproof body, covered with a pleasant-to-the-touch rubber veneer. The binoculars have a stable eyepiece bridge, a well-etched interior, and eye cups good for cutting off side light.
