Axe CRKT Freya 2749

The Freya axe was designed by former soldier Elmer Roush of North Carolina, USA. The style is reminiscent of axes used by Vikings in the early medieval period.
The head is made from carbon steel 1055 with high resistance to chipping and cracking. The black protective coating formed by manganese phosphating increases corrosion resistance. The classic handle was made from hickory wood characterized by both flexibility and hardness.
The length of the blade is 88 mm, while the thickness of the head is 32 mm. The total length of the hatchet is 483 mm, with a weight of about 870 g.
The timeless design also ensures high functionality, the hatchet will work well in numerous outdoor activities, as well as household chores.
