Gerber Downwind Fixed DP Knife Black

Rugged outdoor-survival knife with handle linings attached to a long and wide blade shank.
The Drop-Point profile blade is made of 7Cr17MoV stainless steel characterized by high corrosion resistance and ease of sharpening. Notching on the back of the blade (so-called jimping) improves the safety of working with the knife.
The handle's facings are made of G10 laminate, whose rough texture allows a secure grip, even when the hand is dirty or wet. A hole has been made in the back for attaching a safety cable to prevent loss.
The set comes with a scabbard made of thick waxed canvas.
