Cold Steel Voyager Large Clip Point AUS10A Folding Knife

A large, yet lightweight and durable model from the Voyager line in a modified version featuring a more secure lock, modified handle and new blade geometry. N EDC (for everyday carry), which will also prove useful as part of the equipment of outdoor enthusiasts and uniformed workers.
The blade with profile clip point is made of Japanese AUS10A stainless steel. The blade's geometry provides excellent cutting qualities while maintaining the strength to withstand incidental abuse of the knife. The head features a thumb-operated cock that is accessible from both sides, making it quick to open with either the right or left hand. The head is finished with stonewash technology.
In the open position, the head is locked with a lock Tri-Ad lock which is a development of the classic back lock. This is currently one of the most stable and durable locks that can be used in a folding knife.
The handle of the Voyager series knives is a lightweight glass-nylon composite construction Griv-Ex. The handle is ergonomically contoured, and the non-slip texture provides a very secure grip. Comfortable, everyday carry is ensured spring clip on the handle, allowing the knife to be clipped behind a belt or to the edge of a pocket. The clip is convertible and can be mounted in the tip-up position for right- and left-handed people respectively.
