Thermacell achieves full effectiveness within 10 - 15 minutes of being turned on. It creates a protective barrier covering an area of 20 m². It operates silently, without using harmful substances, and without open flames. It can be turned on and off at any time, making the basic 12-hour set last for several days of protection against mosquitoes.
The device repels mosquitoes by emitting d-allethrin - an equivalent of a substance found in flowers that provides protection against pests. It is a natural substance, completely safe for humans and animals.
