Helle Nord 670 knife

A large outdoor knife of Full-Tang construction with a blade shank that goes all the way through the handle. Helle Nord will work well, for example, when batoning wood.
The blade with a profile Drop-Point was made from high quality Swedish Sandvik 14C28N stainless steel characterized by resistance to corrosion and dulling. The blade has been brought out with a Scandinavian grind which provides good sharpness.
The ergonomically shaped handle was made of Karelian birch wood, lacquered and set with two brass rivets. A properly contoured lower part of the grip protects the hand from slipping on the blade. The handle itself has been finished with a forged hole for threading a safety line through it to prevent loss.
The knife comes with a leather scabbard with an embossed wind rose design.
