Badger Outdoor Folding Shovel Olive

A handy folding shovel modeled after solutions used by the US Army and other NATO armed forces.
The head is made of hardened 65 Mn steel (42-46 HRC), and the handle is made of hardened 6061 aluminum (46-49 HRC) with a wall thickness of 1.5 mm and a diameter of 25 mm. The handle features a steel insert and a stainless steel spring for quick and efficient opening.
The shovel has sharp edges and a saw to make it easy to drive the shovel into hard ground. On the handle is a reinforced aluminum locking ring with a steel baffle inside to prevent dirt and soil from entering. The shovel can be locked in a semi-closed position and used as a pickaxe or hoe.
The EVA copolymer pouch snap-fastened included in the kit allows you to attach the shovel to a belt or other piece of equipment.
