Folding Knife SOG Kiku XR LTE Orange G10

A lightweight and handy folding knife designed for everyday EDC (Every Day Carry) use. It was designed by Japanese knifemaker Kiku Matsude.
The Tanto profile blade is made of CTS-XHP stainless steel produced by powder sintering technology. The blade has been hardened to a hardness of 61-63 HRC and coated with a resistant Cerakote coating to protect against corrosion and glare.
The blade is opened with a thumb notch, which makes it easy to open the knife with both right and left hands. The knife can also be opened with a lock button or flipper. A notch, so called (jimping) for the thumb, has been placed on the comb of the blade. In the open position, the head is locked with the durable and reliableXR Lock.
The ergonomically contoured handle is made of G10 laminate, and the non-slip texture provides a secure grip even with a wet or dirty hand.
Convenient, everyday carry is provided by a spring-loaded clip that allows the knife to be clipped behind a belt or to the edge of a pocket. The clip is resettable and can be mounted in the tip-up position for right- and left-handed users, respectively.
