A simple and easy to use sharpening system. Allows even novice users to quickly sharpen any knife.
The multi-functional base is made of durable injection-molded ABS plastic. Specially designed star-shaped holes hold the embedded abrasive rods at a constant angle of 40° (20 degrees per side). In addition, they allow the rods° to be rotated to utilize clean, unused abrasive surfaces. An integrated guard protects the hand during sharpening.
The set comes withtwo white ceramic rods of Fine gradation, whichóra will allow us to sharpen slightly dulled knives on the fly and maintain optimal working sharpness.
