Paymeent's conditions and warranty

1. Purchase of goods and payment
1.1. Prices of goods in Internet store are specified in different currencies.
1.2. For orders with a total gross amount of less than EUR 12.00 excluding delivery charges, an administration fee may apply. The fee is shown to the customer at the time of ordering.
1.3 After the shopping cart has been created and the "Confirm" button has been clicked, the Seller automatically receives the order information, reconciles the data and sends the pre-paid invoice to the Buyer within 2 (two) working days. In case of any problems, the Seller will contact the Buyer within 2 (two) working days.
1.4. The Buyer also receives automatically generated e-mail with all information about the order made.
1.5. Payment methods:
1.5.1. Bank transfer payment is an advance payment, when the Buyer prints out the advance payment invoice and transfers the money to the Seller's bank account in any bank department.
1.5.2. Payment by using e-banking services is an advance payment, when the Buyer uses the Seller's e-banking system.
1.5.3. Payment by using PayPal services (www.paypal.com) is an advance payment, when the Buyer uses the Seller's PayPal system.
1.5.4. Payment by using PaySera services (www.paysera.com) is an advance payment, when the Buyer uses the Seller's PaySera system.
1.6. Upon receiving the Buyer's payment, the Seller informs him by e-mail specified in Buyer's account.
1.7. The required delivery date is the day when payment is received and the package of goods is started to form.

2. Warranty and quality of goods
2.1. The properties of each product, which is on sale in Internet store, are specified in trade description.
2.2. The Seller is not responsible if the color, form or other parameters of the product offered in Internet store differ from the size, form and color of the actual product, if the reason of these discrepancies is the Buyer monitor's features.
2.3. In case the Seller doesn't provide a warranty on goods of particular kind, the warranty provided by fist, second, third and forth clauses of Section XXIII of Part IV of the sixth Book of the Civil Code is valid.
